We set out to give people back their freedom. That freedom that once drove them to start their business or take up an occupation. The desire for freedom, the desire to stand out from the crowd and make a difference. In search of improving the world, in search of self-realization.

For most, the former vision has become, "More work, with more stress - and less time for the really important things in life."

Why is that? Every day we have to take care of things that no longer correspond to our original idea - far too many appointments with eternally the same content, time-consuming bookkeeping or the tedious search for suitable new employees. We are all busy doing 80 percent of the things that keep us from doing the 20 percent of the really important things we once started out to do.

That's over now. We are convinced that all people can once again pursue their true abilities and inspirations. For this, only all other things have to be automated.

Webinaris will help you to automate, to digitalize all your communication processes. And thus give you the freedom to focus on what once drove you. Let's take care of the things we really enjoy and are really good at again!

Our principles:

a) Respect - Every Webinaris employee is an important link in the chain. Nobody is more important or less important. If one link in the chain breaks, we all fall with it. Every employee sees himself as part of a whole and is appreciated, promoted and recognized as such.
It goes without saying that we love criticism and that we deserve to be punched in the mouth. This helps us to become better and to grow beyond ourselves. However, all employees deserve the same respect that we show to every customer every day.


b) Appreciation - We fight every day to give our customers more freedom in their jobs and everyday lives. Because: Our most important asset is our customers. Our customers are our engine. Every inquiry, every tip from our customers is worth its weight in gold to help us become a little bit better every day. We value our customers and treat them as our most important asset! Every customer, no matter how much or little he pays, will be helped with his problem. We give the customer more than he gives us. The true art is giving.

c) Flexibility - The principle of "flexibility" has characterized our company culture since the beginning. This means quick reactions, fast implementation and constant adaptation to new circumstances. If we do not change, we stand still. We NEVER rest on our laurels. We remain fast, agile and always ready to throw old thoughts overboard.
But being fast and flexible also means taking risks. Risks mean possible mistakes, we consciously accept them. We work daily to become better and learn from every mistake. Our principle of not wanting to stand still is inviolable.


d) Claim - We want to offer the best automation software on the market. This claim demands that really everyone in the team gives their best every day. And if we've done really well, we'll work to top that again the next day.
